Mitä työ sisältää?

Siivoojana vastaat mökkien, saunojen sekä yleisten tilojen siisteydestä. Mökkisiivousta teemme autolla. Työ koostuu lähinnä mökkien lähtösiivouksesta, päiväsiivouksista sekä siivousvaraston järjestelystä.

Työvaatimukset

• B-Ajokortti (tarvitaan roolissa)

• Vähintään vuoden kokemus siivoustyöstä

• Erinomaiset vuorovaikutustaidot

• Sujuva englannin kielen taito

• Kyky työskennellä sekä yksin, että tiimissä

• Joustavuus työskennellä vuorotyössä, mukaan lukien illat, viikonloput sekä pyhäpäivät.

• Kyky toimia nopeatempoisessa työssä

• Työtunnit 112,5h/3vko

• Kuukausipalkka osaamisen ja kokemuksen mukaan (n. 2021 - 2191 €/kk)

• Mara Tes mukaiset lisät ja ylityöt

• Tarvittaessa yritys järjestää asuinpaikan jaetussa huoneessa hintaan 300 €/kk

Cleaner needed at Northern Lights Village Pyhä!

We are seeking dedicated cleaners to join our team at Northern Lights Village Pyhä.

As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our resort remains immaculate, thereby maintaining our high standards and contributing to our guests’ overall satisfaction.

About the Role

The role of Cleaner is crucial for the success and the upkeep of our resort. We seek diligent and detail-oriented individuals passionate about cleanliness and order. Your responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms and common areas, as well as performing day cleanings and communicating with guests.

The role involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting, walking and standing for extended periods. Candidates with good physical stamina and strength are better equipped to handle these responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of previous hotel cleaning experience

• Great attention to detail

• Valid B drivers’ license

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Friendly nature

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Move, lift and carry objects weighing less than, or equal to 10kg

• Fast and efficient

Pay, Duration and benefits

• Starts: October/November, Ends: March/April

• Working hours 112,5 hours per 3 weeks period.

• Monthly salary negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience (2021 - 2191 €/m)

• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for 300 €/month
