About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our culinary team has the resources they need to deliver top-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to hygienic practices.

As a Dishwasher, you will also have the opportunity to learn and grow within the kitchen department, gaining valuable experience in a busy and dynamic culinary environment.

You will also be able to pick up extra shifts in other departments, such as Housekeeping, Experiences and Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area

• Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and efficiently

• Ensuring the dishwashing area is clean and meets hygiene standards

• Assisting with the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies

• Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow

• Adhering to safety and health guidelines

• Assisting in other departments if needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential

• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Fast pace

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience in kitchen / restaurant

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Pay, duration, and benefits

• Starts: November, Ends: March/April

• Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period

• Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience

• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €300,00/month
