Etsimme ammattitaitoista bussikuskia liittymään tiimiimme tulevalle talvikaudelle! Tässä monipuolisessa tehtävässä ajat lentokenttä- ja paikalliskuljetuksia, osallistut revontuliretkille kuskina ja avustat oppaita ryhmäaktiviteeteissa.

Bussikuskina olet tärkeässä roolissa asiakkaidemme saapumisessa ja lähtemisessä sekä varmistamassa, että heidän matkansa sujuvat turvallisesti ja mukavasti.

Mitä työ pitää sisällään?

• Yrityksen autojen ajaminen ja aikataulujen noudattaminen

• Asiakkaiden turvallisuudesta ja viihtyvyydestä huolehtiminen

• Ajoneuvon pitäminen siistinä ja hyvässä kunnossa

• Asiakkaille avun ja tiedon tarjoaminen tarvittaessa

• Oppaiden avustaminen revontuliretkillä

• Liikennesääntöjen ja turvallisuusohjeiden noudattaminen

• Ajoneuvon tarkistaminen ennen ajoa ja ajon jälkeen sekä mahdollisten vikojen raportointi huollolle

• Yrityksen sovellusten käyttäminen asiakastietojen tarkistamiseen

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

• Voimassa oleva D-luokan ajokortti (linja-autokortti)

• Sujuva englannin kielen taito (suullinen ja kirjallinen)

• Hyvät ajotaidot ja paikkatuntemus

• Asiakaspalveluhenkisyys ja hyvät kommunikointitaidot

• Joustavuus työajoissa – työ sisältää myös viikonloppuja ja pyhäpäiviä

• Vähintään 2 vuoden ajokokemus

• Nuhteeton rikosrekisteri

Työn kesto, palkka ja edut:

• Työ alkaa Loka-/marraskuussa  Työ päättyy maalis-/huhtikuussa

• Työaika 120h/3vko

• Palkka sovitaan haastattelussa kokemuksen ja osaamisen perusteella (kk palkka 2800 - 3096e/kk)

• Muut edut ja lisät työehtosopimuksen mukaan

• Tarvittaessa tarjoamme majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa hintaan 300 €/kk

Bus Driver Position Now Open at Northern Lights Village Saariselkä!

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified bus driver to take care of local and airport transfers, rides for aurora hunting experiences, as well as being a supporting guide during the activities for groups.

As a Bus Driver with Northern Lights Village, you will play a key role in the arrival and departure of guests, as well as providing essential customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating company cars on scheduled routes and maintaining timeliness

• Ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction

• Maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle at all times

• Providing information and assistance to passengers as required

• Supporting guides during aurora hunting excursions

• Adhering to traffic laws and regulations

• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and reporting any bus malfunctions or needed repairs to maintenance.
  

• Using company’s applications to check customer data

Requirements

• Valid Finnish bus driver license (D-class)

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Excellent navigational and driving skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• A minimum of 2 years driving experience is preferred

• Experience driving in winter conditions

• Clear criminal background report
  

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with customer service

• Previous experience as a wilderness guide

• Finnish language knowledge

• Knowledge of the local area

• Photography skills

Pay, Duration, and Benefits

• Starts: October/November, Ends: March/April

• Working time 120h/3week

• Monthly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience (2850 - 3096e/month )

• Other benefits and supplements according to the collective labor agreement

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €300,00/month
