Myyntineuvottelijan paikka avoinna Northern Lights Villagessa! 

Northern Lights Village -brändi syntyi vuonna 2016, ja siitä lähtien olemme avanneet kolme hotellia Suomen Lapissa. Myyntitiimimme hoitaa kaikkien kohteidemme myynnin keskitetysti. 

Työtehtävästä 

Etsimme 3-4 kokenutta myyntineuvottelijaa myyntitoimistoomme Ivaloon. 

Keskeiset vastuut 

• Vastaaminen asiakkaiden ja agenttien sähköposteihin ja puhelutiedusteluihin 

• Hotelli-, ravintola-, kuljetus- sekä aktiviteettivarauksien, muutosten ja peruutusten käsitteleminen 

• Asiakkaiden matkasuunnitelmien huolellinen suunnittelu ja ratkaisujen tarjoaminen heidän pyyntöihinsä 

• Varaustietojen huolellinen viestiminen operatiiviselle tiimille 

Vaatimukset 

• Vähintään 3 vuoden kokemus myynnistä ja asiakaspalvelusta 

• Sujuva suullinen ja kirjallinen englanti 

• Hyvä yleinen tietämys matkailualasta 

• Tuntemus hotelliohjelmista 

• Tehokkaat viestintätaidot

• Sujuva suomi englannin lisäksi 

• Paikalllistuntemus 

• Kokemus Mewsista, FareHarborista ja Asanasta

• Kyky työskennellä joustavasti eri vuoroissa (aamu, ilta, viikonloput)

Palkka, kesto ja edut 

• 112,5h/3vk, mahdollisesti ylityötä 

• Aloitus: syys-/lokakuu; päättyminen: helmi-/maaliskuu 

• Palkka neuvotellaan haastattelussa tietämyksen ja kokemuksen mukaan (palkkahaitari tarjotaan ennen haastattelua)

• Muut yrityksen tarjoamat henkilöstöedut, mukaan lukien laaja työterveyshuolto  

• Tarvittaessa työnantaja tarjoaa majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa hintaan 300,00 €/kuukausi

About the Job

We are seeking 3-4 experienced Salespersons to join our company, who'll work in our Sales Office in Ivalo.

Key Responsibilities

• Replying to guests' and agents' email & phone enquiries

• Making reservations, amendments and cancellations of hotel, restaurant, transfer and activity bookings

• Carefully planning guests' itineraries and offering solutions for their requests

• Diligently communicating booking updates to the operations team

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Good overall knowledge of the hospitality industry

• Familiarity with hotel software

• Effective communication skills

• Friendly nature

Beneficial Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish in addition to English

• Knowledge of the local area

• Experience with Mews, FareHarbor & Asana

• Understanding hotel operation metrics

• Ability to work flexibly in different shifts (morning, evening, weekends)

Pay, duration and benefits 

• 112,5 working hours per 3-week period, with some overtime possible

• Start: September/October End: February/March

• Salary negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €300,00/month
